🔹 Laminated Graphite Seal: Flexible and replaceable, this is the ideal solution for steam and thermal oil networks, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 600°C.
🔹 Solid Metal Seal: A stainless steel ring that replaces the laminated graphite when required by your fluid or process. It can withstand temperatures up to 850°C.
🔹 PTFE Design: The butterfly type is BVTR, and the seat housed in the body is no longer metallic but replaced by a PTFE lip seal – suitable for food applications or processes requiring soft sealing.
🔹 BVTR Design: The “R” stands for Regulation. The solid disc acts like a blade cutting through the fluid. This option is suitable for temperatures up to 850°C and for control applications.
🔹 Stellited Seal: Long service life thanks to a maintenance-free stellited sealing seat — available both on the body seat and the disc seat.
These solutions are designed to optimize performance and ensure a perfect tightness in the most demanding environments.
