Resilient seated gate valves are gate valves with an elastomer lined wedge. They are especially used for wastewater, drinking water supply and irrigation.

Body, bonnet and ISO bracket are epoxy coated FBE 250µm to protect against corrosion.

Robust Construction with Vulcanized EPDM Coating

- Lid lining in vulcanized EPDM rubber to EN 681-1 WA
- EPDM seals and O-rings to EN 681-1 WA
- Stem made of stainless steel EN 1.4021 (AISI 420)
- Body/bonnet fasteners in galvanized steel class 8.8, protected against corrosion
- All materials, including lubricants, comply with EN 1074-1 and EN 1047-2 sanitary standards for drinking water.
Corrosion Protection with 250μm Epoxy Coating
Internal and external protection by epoxy resin coating (FBE), color blue RAL 5005, thickness 250μm
